My friend ordered first with no problem. Young man left counter. I waited 5 minutes then told him I wanted to order. He said ok but left and never returned. After another 5 minutes another young man came to take my order. Started the order, took my coupon and left counter to do other drive thru orders. I asked another young man if someone could take my order. He said they were very busy. I asked to speak to the manager as I had been waiting 15 minutes at the counter by then....read full review

went to purchase the Tuesday of 8 pieces for $10.00 but they told me that because it is the special I had to wait 14 minutes. There was only one car in front of me and other cars behind me, i dont know why there was a 14 minutes wait? I'm assuming the chicken of the special is not the same quality of the regular orders or they make you wait so you don't order the Tuesday's special !
