(As you can see in the photos, it is how the manager prepared my order) The customer service is very good from the employees, but I am terrible about the manager and if you make a complaint the owner doesn't give a damn. I paid almost 40 dollars to throw everything in the trash. I don't recommend it at all. I recommend that you go to "Elotes el Chavo" which is located on Yarbrough and North Carolina two blocks away from this place. So gross don’t even use hair nets or hats when preparing the food. Was eating my elote at the place and when about to finish it, I found a hair from a person not elote hair. So gross to not use hair nets or hats when preparing people’s food .0/10 stars

The lady who charges is very rude and the strawberries and cream taste like water and the corn was cold.
Every time we come to this place, its a 20-25 min wait even if there are no others customers. Today was horrible, the lady taking orders was just all over the place, she jumped some girls order that were before me, then she jumped us and made other orders. We were literally there for an hour and 10 mins or so just waiting for my order. I had to go ask if my order was almost ready, she tells us that she had already given it to us but we were literally there waiting for an hour and never received anything. When we finally got it, the order was all wrong. I’m very disappointed since my husband likes this place but after today I don’t know if we will be going back, it was really stressful just being there

Walked in after lunch rush. Cashier, or owner, was on the phone, ignored me for a while so I had plenty of time to study the menu. Lots of items on menu but I opted for something safe: papas locas and an order of nachos. She was still on the phone when I left. Outside tables were disgusting, trash, spilled food. The items were pretty good, though. Nachos had "frijoles de la hoya" (boiled pinto beans) and probably the only thing that would bring me back.
