I wanted to exchange an item I had gotten for a different one that was a better value and the slob of a manager had the nerve to argue with me and lecture me about food waste. I had to be rude and stern with him to get him to swipe his lil manager card and comp the item for the exchange. I told him if he felt so bad about food waste he could give the untouched item to the staff and he gave me some corporate excuse as to why he couldn’t lol what a corporate boot lick , go back to Juarez and stand on your soapbox outside the church if you wanna preach your ethics but are unwilling to bend the rules in a corporate environment as a manager slob ! Shoulda gone to Dennys instead ?

Called in an order and got the wrong order with correct name on it. Had order redone and still got the wrong sandwich had to have it redone. First time having trouble there. Manager was no help and had an attitude. Always get our order from the fountain location and he swore we called either Eastside or Westside wanted me to go there. I just had them remake it and still was wrong. Make sure of the order before leaving.

I used to eat at this chain in Fort Worth 20 years ago. The food was authentic and fresh. Now, it is pretty much like a frozen dinner-- ordinary. The atmosphere is lovely French country, so for meeting friends for coffee and dessert, it would be nice.
