Everything is delicious!!! The broth, flautas and the stuffed chile were very tasty. Excellent service!!!! Highly recommended to eat there or take away. Ordering in advance is super cool, as soon as you arrive the order is ready.

Terrible customer service. I was there to get menudo to go, took my own pot. Lady at the register returned it piping hot. Asked if it could be covered with foil or plastic as it always is, (to avoid spilling in my vehicle) she said the lady in the back was too busy and must have forgotten, she then gave me foil for me to do it myself. I had to ask if she could assist by removing pitchers of tea that were close to the pot on the counter to avoid getting food in them as I removed lid and placed it on counter. She proceeded to hand me bread, container with onion/lemon one at a time. Asked if it could be bagged as other orders waiting were, she gave me bag to do it myself. Oh, but, she was quick to charge prior to my order being ready. Will not be returning, not the first time we have experienced bad customer service in this location.

I placed an order for pick up and the lady (if I can call her that) was very rude. She became frustrated when I asked her more than once about the menu. When I picked up my order, she was rude again Because I accidentally pushed the wrong button number. She grabbed my card from me and said, “are you going to listen to what I am saying?“ yikes. What a B. She should change profession.
