Website says $200 min for a party of six. We had a party of 5 and they still required a $200 min plus 20% gratuity. Service wasn’t worth the price of admission. Great view but be ready to pay a price for it.

This is my second time here. Kaila and Andrew are the best bartenders I ever had. The drinks are absolutely amazing. It is a must try.

Horrible treatment by the waitress, drinks are good but too expensive, highly recommended just for the views, staff is extremely rude from the exception of the bartender, was expecting something else from The Plaza.

Went on a Saturday around 4 pm… waitress was good, can’t remember her name (she had braces 5/5). She was helpful with drinks right away and recommended some different food choices she likes. We ordered guacamole, had good flavor, I’m giving food a 3/5 because they only give you 4 tortillas for the guacamole…. We needed about 4 more tortillas to finish off the guac, so sadly a lot when to waste. Then the south side patio was locked so we couldn’t even enjoy the views over there.Only one fire pit was working and the service towards getting that fixed was disappointing. Overall, I’m glad I went and saw some of the views but I probably won’t be going back.

Great views, plenty of seating in the terrace. Inside is small. Its premium drinks and pricey too. $58 for 3 drinks including tip. I got a dissarono sour, I dont think its supposed to have foam. There was no bar or food menu. At least there was music. Customer service was okay.

We were expecting much more because we've heard great things and the pictures online look nice. But upon arriving, it was very underwhelming. The girl greeting us was rude didn't want to sit us. Being “upscale” and expensive, wearing a hoodie and leggings gives the wrong impression and sets the wrong tone from the get go. Then she went to get the bartender, she went on and on about not being able to sit us. It was almost like they didn't want us there. They kept telling us they were “understaffed” and fully booked for the evening but it was dead with us and one other group. Music wasn't good. Drinks were average. The place could use more heaters for outdoors. We were willing to spend the minimum for a “large group” or be seated separately, but the way they handled it was inappropriate. We left and ended up having a great time somewhere else, glad we did.

Beautiful little hotel rooftop bar with fantastic views and good drinks (although the drink menu is very limited). You need to be hotel guest, or local, and you need a reservation!

Ambiance was absolutely beautiful. Music was outstanding. Service leave much to be desired. Super slow took forever to receive cocktails . Cocktails were HORRIBLE bitter. Food took over 45 minutes to receive. Sorry but this is an honest review. I was super shocked that this happened. I was so looking forward to this experience

Overly pretentious for what it is. There are better views, people, and times elsewhere. Here, you really are paying too much time and effort to be in an atmosphere of nothing but smog and smug. Hard pass.

Go to Paso del Norte instead. This place is trash, full stop. The view isn't even worth the hassle of having to make reservations, as if that makes this a "luxury" experience, only to be treated poorly by their rude staff. Everyone that works here knows they don't need to be kind because it's so overpriced that they're milking you of your money anyways. I've never experienced such cartoonishly rude service, this is supposedly some of El Paso's "finest". Start acting like it La Perla. Money can't buy you class, babe.Kid-friendliness: They seem to HATE anyone that isn't wiling to pay $15 for a mediocre "craft" cocktail... so no, not kid friendly.

The scenic views are great! If you can get here before sunset, I recommend it. The sunset view is gorgeous from the rooftop! The cocktails were ok. We tried a few different ones. Unfortunately, we weren't able to order food because they didn't have a chef available. We were told the minimum for a group of 8 was $300.The bathrooms are on a different floor. So you need to take the elevator or stairs. It's a little inconvenient, but it's not a huge deal. It's worth the price to see the views. I give it a solid 3 & 1/2 stars.

This place is an utter JOKE. Absolutely terrible service, the hostess made me and my family feel like criminals because we didn't "make a large party reservation with a $200 minimum" because THEY didn't answer the phone so we all made individual smaller reservations and would've easily spent over $500 as a group. Pretentiousness is never cute, ESPECIALLY when it's not warranted. The hostess was some teenager on a gatekeeping power trip and threatened to "call security on us" because we asked to speak to her manager. We all thought it was some kind of candid camera prank or something. Even when I've been there in the past, the cocktails were overpriced and underwhelming, the view wasn't as good as Paso del Norte, and the snobbiness was gross. Avoid this dump like the plague. Also, it smells like rotten fish while making the trek up to the rooftop. Fitting.
