Unfortunately my husband and I won’t be returning. We used to love coming here but today that we went service was bad to start with, we got quesabirria tacos and the potato ? wasn’t even cooked, it was really hard. The tortillas used to be dipped in the consomé, and then fried, but not anymore. It looks so effortless. Lastly, I understand prices are going higher, but that doesn’t mean give 5 tacos only and keep it the same price … instead you should increase the price for it and keep the 6 tacos. I hope this constructive feedback helps.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered Quesabirria tacos and Pastor. I have included a picture of the birria to showcase that the cheese was practically non-existant. Also the consume was bland. The pictures on Uber Eats must be totally fabricated because what we got looked nothing like the photos. The portions were skimp. Supposedly the pastor was six tacos but I had just enough meat to fill 5 tortillas and the tortillas are street taco size. Should have taken a picture but I was starving and inhaled my food. My husband got a papa asada and it was obviously MICROWAVED. Honestly I feel robbed. No butter or anything included to dress it up. The amount of cilantro for the tacos was laughable. Just enough to garnish the corner of the to go box but not even for one p*nchi taco. I normally don't leave bad reviews and bite my tongue but the disappointment was too much to keep to myself and let someone else's dinner time be ruined. Como que échenle más ganas por favor. I would say 2.5 stars overall rating. We went to the NE location. Presentation looked good, but the food lacked flavor/seasoning. We got red salsa for our tacos and that lacked flavor and spice as well.

First time, NE location. Ordered 6 quesabirria tacos advertised for $12, an horchata for $4.50. Came up to $19 for some reason, I still left a tip.The tacos were mini tacos, the baked potato it came with was also really small which was disappointing. The birria meat was good but I think the tacos and consome overall were missing flavor. My plate came with enough cilantro for 3 tacos and 1/4 of a lime. My last 3 tacos were sad.The red salsa that came with it also lacked in flavor and was very watery. It would have been way better with: more cilantro, more lime, better (spicier, not watery) salsa, salt/pepper packets for the baked potato, napkins, and guacamole salsa.Not worth $20 for what I got. Maybe I'd give it another try after trying out the other food trucks around it

I loved their vibe and the atmosphere was so calm and serene. By the time we got there the music was ending bit I enjoyed what did get to hear.I would definitely recommend this truck to everybody.
