This is the second time in a row this has happened!!! We ordered on the app two deep dish pizzas for delivery and when we got them both pizzas were raw! It wasn’t even pizza, more like pizza dough warmed up with melted cheese and toppings on. Normally we don’t complain and would just take the loss but this is the second time in a row this has happened!!

I’ve enjoyed this place for years. Unfortunately the food just isn’t the same. I ordered here yesterday and my deep dish was burnt tasting and undercooked. I’ve been sick all night. I will not be returning here.

The hot and ready was both hot and ready when I came in. Didn’t order ahead of time and walked in and out with 2 pizzas in less than 5 minutes. The pizza wasn’t great, but definitely wasn’t bad. It’s a good value when you want to just pick something easy up and not wait for delivery.

Usually the hot and ready pizzas my family order from this establishment are always delivered to us and handed to us. Today at around 8:00-8:30 pm the pizza we ordered was filled with ants, no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door.THIS COSTED US $77.40. This is the second time they have messed up an order.

I ordered and paid for a large pepperoni, sausage and green bell peppers pizza, and a large hot n ready thin crust pepperoni. After about 5 minutes was told they did not have green bell peppers. So I asked them to just refund the 3 item pizza but keep the hot n ready ( that was not ready). They refunded the entire order and said I will be refunded back to my account in three business days! And that would have to pay again for the hot n ready. I just said never mind just give me my receipt for the refund. The manager on duty said that they also had run out of paper for the receipt printer and I would have to wait and return in 4 days to get it!! Wow what a waste of time and gas for nothing!

Went to pick up a delivery order, someone had already picked it up, customer never got their food. So the girl in charge cancelled my order after relaxing it. Tried to get more info and was rude. Called DD and they said the store cancelled my order. Manager in charge said that the customer had cancelled. Why people gotta be so rude?
