Wouldn't recommend, ordered online. After my order had been delayed half an hour, I walked in to ask about the status. The staff wasn't exactly rude but there wasn't a care. After the cashier asked for the name under the order she left to find the order and never said a word. I wasnt given a status on the order but I can see from the lobby how her and I'm guessing her manager are looking for the order because the pizza was nowhere to be found. They find it still sitting on a rack, still dough and just throw it in the oven. To which, Im not picky about food but someone else might not like a pizza left out for half an hour on the bottom racks while the staff seemed to be closing, moving trash around spraying cleaning supplies. Not to mention the horse playing in the back, sounded like plastic container being thrown at each other.I just wanted to pick up quick dinner.

Get home with our pizza and it's loaded with grease, not fully cooked nor was it even pie cut all the way through. It's not like we pulled up and ordered a hot and ready nope we ordered online they had plenty of time to fully cook our meal.Very disappointed I will not only never return to this establishment but will spread the word about how our order was intentionally sabotaged for no apparent reason. Soggy pizza is about as bad as sour milk pizza bites would be better straight from the microwave oven.Soggy, undercooked raw dough. Let's hope E. Coli and salmonella don't show up in 6 hours to 6 days from now.. ??? if management or the owner cares then comp my order, 1009301. Otherwise, I'll let Ilitch companies decide how to handle a franchise so impatient they pass around undercooked pizza.

I went on a Saturday night and when I went in a waited for about 5 mins until someone helped me when the girl came up she had an attitude and when the machine asked if I wanted to tip I said no because she had a nasty attitude she rolled her eyes and walked away. Will never be coming

This place just plain SUCKS. The food is gross. Always cold. Always flavorless. Incompetent teens working always. Avoid this place at all costs.*** still yuck still awful!! Waited 30 min for a pizza. It was incredibly thin. No flavor. Awful. Never coming here again. Only two workers. This place needs to be closed.

Ran by mostly teenagers, so expect terrible customer service, and also expect them to be incredibly slow at almost everything they do. The pizza is never worth the wait. No one who works here actually cares, they are only there for a paycheck and it shows. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and they fail every single time. Sometimes when you pull up to the speaker they also pretend like they don’t see you, so they don’t have to serve you. Also, the cheap pizza is no longer cheap - so just go get some real pizza from somewhere else.
Walked in late afternoon after work and they had hot n ready pizza, garlic bread sticks, and wings ready to go. Whatever change in personnel or policy was made is good stuff.

Well hello there Google folk. A small tale of caution when getting food from this location. :) I placed an order on the app for delivery, and received the wrong order. Now I would have been fine had the order I received been something my family would eat, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately I don’t have a vehicle, hence, why I ordered delivery. I’ve called the store 11 times and counting, and no one picks up; straight to voicemail. I received the wrong pizza, wrong wings, and cold breadsticks with no marinara. The breadsticks weren’t even the only thing that was cold. Everything was cold on top of being the incorrect order. You can see how them not answering their phone is an inconvenience. :) A waste of my money, my time, and their food. If you do order from this location, make sure to do so in person and not in the app/online….. I don’t even think ordering over the phone is possible at this point. Haha.Absolute TRASH SERVICE seeing as I couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
