Garbage pizza even for what they charge. This and the one on dyer undercook their pizzas and they've been doing it for months now. Deep-dish is disgusting and they don't know how to make stuffed crust. You're gonna make someone severely sick one day. Save those

Pizza is not fresh at all, they just sit in the oven for who know hows long and one time I ordered a cheese pizza thru DoorDash and got a pepperoni one instead. Two times I’ve ordered the slices and sticks pizza thru DoorDash and I did not receive my red sauce. One more thing, they don’t put the $6 pizza on DoorDash on purpose just so one spends more on the $9 one when they’re both basically the same thing and they know it.

If I could give this place negative stars I really would. The cashier Andrew was no help when they have a random person my doordash order leaving the door dasher to look like they were trying to steal an order. It had been over forty minutes "making" the pizza and it was not ready and no confirmation was given what so ever. We called for carry out and they hung up on us after we asked it to be carry out. Ridiculous. Never going here again.

I ordered a cheese pizza at 9:47pm and came to pick up at 10:10pm. Upon receiving the order I was given a pepperoni pizza, something I clearly didn’t order. I had to go back and show them their mistake because on their ticket it even said “cheese”. They had me wait an additional 10 minutes for their mistake and didn’t offer any discount for next time or the order for free. Very disappointed in this service. Something similar has happened other times I’ve ordered here. Very upsetting.

I ordered door dash from here and my driver wasn’t able to come on base I spent $42 and DoorDash told me that they will give me the refund it’s been 2 weeks and nothing so idk if it’s the store or DoorDash but was told the store will give me a refund

Pizza look like its been there all day. I returned them and ask for a refund. I got the refund and he placed the pizzas back in the oven. Upon getting my money back a paying customer got the pizza I had returned. How about that!!

I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone the employee confirmed 3 pizzas when I picked up my order only two pizzas were placed in the system, how hard is it to complete your job

This location is the closest to my house but I’ll gladly go out of my way to never come here. First they messed up a simple order of a pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza. Then when I called to say they gave me 2 pepperoni pizzas instead of my order, they asked for me to take the pizzas back to “make sure” it was the wrong order before giving me the right pizza. The supposed manager named “Leia” who was extremely rude took back the wrong pizza that had been sitting in my home for 15mins…after I spoke to an Angel who said we could keep that pizza and he’d make the correct pizza. Makes me wonder if they tossed that pizza or resold it. Absolutely disgusting.
