I was disappointed with they quality meals of Luby's served at my last visit. I don't know how much longer this restaurant/cafeteria will be in business. I went to the Hawkins location and I don't think I will ever go to Luby's again. The baked potato tasted like it had been sitting in the warming lamp for 7 hours, my favorite baked white fish was cold, as well as the macaroni and cheese, the artichoke salad didn't taste fresh.

Disappointed by the fact that they do not have the variety of special salads anymore. The have plastic containers of spinach and iceberg salads only. They were out of liver and onions . We did take out. The waiter was very kind and understanding. The desserts were limited... not what was advertised on the on-line menu. We will never be back again. By the time I got home the food was cold. For the size of El Paso there should be other alternative restaurants like this.Wheelchair accessibility: Just two accessibility in front of the take out.
The food was very tasty but the food manager is obviously not doing their job regarding food tempatures, the hot foods were not kept at a safe temperature, your going to get people sick from food poisoning if you don't do better.

Place is nice and food is good but the little ol lady that serves the food was rude and got upset that the kids wanted extra portions. I can pay for the extra no problem but why get mad when the food isn’t yours to decide what serving portion you can give! I mean isn’t there more ready to serve out in the back for a reason like giving extra portions?
