What a delightful surprise! The food was inexpensive and delicious. The service was wonderful. I was traveling with family including my elderly mother and we needed to stop to eat. Lucy's was on our way and had good enough ratings so we took a chance and tried it. It is just a little hole-in-the-wall place in a super tiny strip mall. The sign outside looks old, but inside was clean and pleasant. The prices are lower than many fast food places, but the food is much better. The portions are normal-sized (the food fit on a plate, and an average-sized hungry person could finish it and be satisfied, not over-full). The gentleman who helped us seemed like the owner/manager and was attentive and friendly. If I were to travel this way again, I would make it a point to stop at Lucy's Cafe.Parking: Small parking lot, but spaces were available. I was in an RV-sized vehicle and found parking along the curb behind the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible. The handicap spots, however, are in the middle of the, admittedly tiny, strip mall, and Lucy's is on the end.

I enjoyed the Enchiladas. That's all I've ordered from here. I had it Ubered and I was relatively fast and still warm.

The green Chile enchiladas were good, as well as the Tacos al Carbon. The combination plate was awful. The only good thing on it was the taco. The chile relleno was made with a canned chile. The tamale was dried out and crumbled up. The red enchilada sauce was just bad, in my opinion. We ordered chile con queso and it wasn't what I was expecting. It was too orange and smooth. Possibly canned? I don't know that we will go back except maybe for tacos only.
