The owners a crazy right winger playing Fox News on his TVs. His prices are higher than other McDonald's but his employees are great. I'm hoping they're the best paid McDonald's employees in El Paso since he is the highest priced McDonald's franchise around

Not sure where they are hiring the people there but it gets worse every time we go. They have no manners, Even to just say Hello and Thank you. The fries weren't even fresh or enough. My son ordered large fries and it was half way, ordered no onions on his burger they got it wrong again. Go there because it's close but thinking it's worth the drive to go to another one. Just so glad there's a Wendy's being built across the street, now we are gonna have a better choice.

Drive through order waited 20 minutes, 5 cars after me got their orders ahead of me. When asked why my order was delayed ***not a large or complicated order*** was told sometimes when burger orders were placed they had to make fresh burgers. Come on now burger is this places bread and butter. I guess none of the 5 behind me asked for burgers. And, yet they still managed to mess up my order.

I am disappointed of the customer service from the employees. They literally forgot 3 important items and they questioned me "we didn't gave them to you in the bag" in a rudely manner. I just am disappointed at how they treat the customers.

Trash food priced like they think it's gourmet. Staff is good. The product at business model is not. The guys is supposed to be fast and cheap and reasonably well prepared. That's the only reason to go there. It's none of those things anymore.

We went there to get the happy meals for adults & succeeded. We bought 2 of them & was surprised to get 2 different toys instead of the same one, but when we went back to get 2 more about a week & a half later they didn't have any & stopped making them
The food quality was not as great on my most recent visit. Its usually really good here. I wanted to fill out a survey, but the receipt didn't even print properly. Plus, they were out of certain drinks.
Had to get the mcnuggets haha supper crowded
