I was born and raised in Mexico City, I've been living here in El Paso more than twenty years, I can count with a hand the good Mexican restaurants and I have fingers left, today was my first time going to "Mi Pueblito Café" and their food it's incredibly delicious!!! I just found my new favorite Mexican restaurant, the taste it's authentic Mexican cooking and the service is the Best!!!! I highly recommend Mi Pueblito Café for a delicious Mexican food and their capirotada it's the best!!!!!

Food is ok green enchiladas are terrible dry ,dry chicken inside with just sauce on top, they should mix chicken with sauce and cheese and fry them with sauce yum, if they have an event they focus on the event and ignore customer, they portion you to ketchup and syrup a small plastic to go container, I had to flag someone for more ketchup and syrup wasn't enough hate being portioned and asking for more I like ketchup so i had to ask for 4 tiny cups.Parking: A bit small ,you have to find some in the back if not neighboring businesses .

The food is really good especially the salsa that came with the chips. The service was sparse but they were attentive and the ambience was nice though pretty empty when we first came in.

Was not impressed, food flavors/seasoning is lacking greatly. The service, what little there was with an empty restaurant, was non-existent. The server left us high and dry, and even to get our bill, we had to stand around and call out for her.

Over the past 4 weeks I have noticed that the amount of hominy and meat in the menudo has diminished greatly. It is as if they put in the full amount the first week then reduced it by a quarter every week to see how much they can NOT put in and still make a sale. Today there seemed to be a tomato paste taste and consistency to the menudo. Might go somewhere else next week.
