The frozen yogurt was not great. The big thing is they only had like 6 different flavors that weren't really that good (other than strawberry kiwi). Also one of them was out of order when I was putting the toppings on I put like 2 pieces of each for some of them and it turned out to be 6.52$ like that's expensive. The cookies were really good the waiter didn't really talk much it wasn't that welcoming the outside design was welcoming though. The worst thing is when I ate chocolate chip we thought we ordered 4 of them but 2 were normal chocolate chip and 2 were chocolate chip with walnuts. I'm allergic to walnuts so I'm lucky I didn't eat any of those but overall not a bad place to there for the cookies not the frozen yogurt. Also the big cookies you have to order ahead we didn't know that very cute design.

Ordered 3 dozens for my family and asked for pecans and white chocolate. The girl decided to give me white macadamia cookies instead not to mention the cookies taste like they weren’t baked all the way so disgusting and disappointing!!!!

Margie is one of the most kindest people I've meet, always give great service, as well as Angelica and the rest of the crew always making fresh preztels cookies, as well as Bites. I always come here if i ever crave a pretzel, if my sweet tooth acts up a Cookie/Brownie hits the spot everytime. All i can say is keep up the great work!!

Mrs. Field's has always had a special place in my heart! While every other girl was really cooking with Easy Bake ovens xmas morning, i was feeling fancier with my Mrs. Fields oven for xmas! Lol thus my continued love for this bakery continued to grow. Over the years, i would enjoy a delicously moist and soft cookie cake or plain cookies during my mall festivities. This spot particularly at the Plaza Theater would ALWAYS be closed when i would get a craving after dinner at Ansons since they close by 7pm. And i would never crave cookies any other time i was downtown. So finally i got my chance after an early dinner from Ansons! I started off with the cookie bites. Them suckers were scrumptious and perfectly moist and buttery. Just as i had hoped! I tried both the white choc mac and milk choc chips. Then i proceeded with a regular sized milk choc chip cookie. Not sure why those ended up crunchier than the bites, but it was. I wasnt pleased with my cookie ending lol. Ill stick to the bites or cookie cake from this place i suppose. I gotta try their amazing looking milk shakes next!

Very Very rude mostly disappointing! My order was wrong and didn't get a receipt. I ask to talk to the manager owner Margie Refuse! Customer service sucks ! I was going there for 15 years 😢 I was going to pay $83 I just got my money back. I don't got time for that!‘👀o'well take my business somewhere else! Time to change it up ! Cupcakes here I come!

I placed an order a week in advance, and when I arrived on the day to pick it up, it wasn't even made. I had to wait for them to make it. On the flip side, at least it's freshly baked.

Just today around 840, one of the lady's taking an order asked for the money twice, saying that I didn't give her $20 when I previously had. One of the lady's is a scam arts it, maybe she needed the extra money, I don't know but just look out for that everyone.
