Our waitress, Carolina P made this dusty El Paso day something of an enjoyable experience. Service with a heartwarming smile and impeccable attention to detail with every part of our meal and experience. Certainly will recommend this Olive Garden because of her phenomenal service. The absolute worst dining experience ever, food wise. Fine young lady who served on us, this isn't directed towards her she was good. I apologize for not remembering her name. We arrived and were crammed between a large party and a row of booths despite several near being available. Not a big deal but poor work by the host. We were ready to order upon being greeted as we haven't had lunch and we're famished. It took roughly 30 minutes to receive our entrees. Seafood Alfredo with what was very obviously some left over stone cold protein with "fresh-ish" pasta. My daughters mac n cheese was hard and it took her fries an additional 15 minutes to come to our table. Almost an hour into our dining experience, and halfway through our entrees, our appetizer finally arrived. They very obviously forgot about it, dropped it late, and rushed it out. Didn't bother shaking your baskets while things are cooking so they don't stick together ay boys? Because what we recieved was a big fused ball of still raw calamari and dough. Sent it back obviously and once it returned it was fine but I guess they taxed us the other half because it was a noticeably smaller portion. The kind waitress said she'd let her manager know and that she'd get it removed from our tab and I anxiously awaited to speak to this "manager". Poor seating with one section of the restaurant packed, another was half empty, servers were running all over and into each other, spilling drinks, and the quality of the food that came out? Apparently there weren't any on duty. None that cared about the experience of their guests at least. After finishing our sad meal it became apparent noone in management was coming to check on us. I didn't bother to ask for one come over, I'm not a Karen. If they cared about their guests they would've made themselves aware of what's going on in THEIR dining room and took the initiative to do right by their guests. Or maybe Olive Garden doesn't have very high standards when it comes to guest experience? I certainly won't be back to find out. Oh my bad, the breadsticks were hot and the salad was good.

Jacob was an awesome waiter. He was very attentive and hospitable. The food was very delicious!
it was okay. the server occasionally forgot refills and forgot what type of soup to give my son. I never received the extra side of the broccoli I ordered and was charged for it. It is disappointing that they don't have military discounts for the ones who serve their country. I applaud the other businesses that do.

She guides us to get more information about the food from Mr. Matt Finley(District Manager).Mr. Finley extended the wonderful management services with extra information, including sharing the Olive Garden Guest Relations email.

First of all the customer service was excellent and does not reflect on my rating. Now the food was very disappointing. We had a large party and food came out warm and looked amazing, but lacked any flavor. Alfredo sauce and red sauce tasted canned. Meats and seafood had no seasoning.

The food is horrible, waste of money and time, salad greens soggy, over cooked pasta that sticks to your teeth. The reason I gave 2 stars was because the only thing great they have going on is the courteous, respectful, hard working staff.
