Asked for a glass of water ,cup was dirty told waitress about it and took the cup but forgot to bring me a another one then Took us like 40 minutes to get our food never again

I also don't understand the poor reviews. We have been to Paco Wongs numerous times and never have been disappointed. It is not a fast food joint...if you want fast Asian food there are places for that. We enjoy it here....and recommend it.
