After Pieology on Mesa dropped the ball on me tonight, this location more than made up for it. I spoke to a person about having placed an online order incorrectly and tried to cancel. He told me hadn’t seen the order come in but said he’d call me if it did to let me know. After the Mesa location didn’t have my order more than 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I placed an order here again. The guy called me like he promised to see if I still wanted to cancel. I explained that I had to move my order because of the service and he was very understanding and promised to have the pizza on time. My husband picked up the pizza, ready on time and happy it worked out.

The place is very clean which I appreciate a lot. The customer service is amazing and the staff are super friendly. Gabriel our serve was very nice and patient with our family when we stopped by for lunch. It’s my second visit the pizza is on point!

This place used to be really good. Now they refuse to clean the oven. You can see the chard bits of old pizza smoking from the entrance. Because of this when you get your pizza the entire crust underneath is covered in black chard bits and taste absolutely horrible. Anyone thinking of coming to the west towne location just drive further to the Mesa location. At least you can get pizza that doesn’t taste like food that’s been burning for 3 days.

Let me tell y'all. I love pizza. I love it. We stopped here because another restaurant in the area didn't have vegetarian options. We had never been here before. An employee working, Gabe, was legit so amazing. He literally went above and beyond for us. He was so helpful and kind. We will definitely come back. The pizza was delicious too.

I requested a gluten free Bambino for my daughter who can't have gluten. Was told by the person making the pizza that it was possible (plus the $3 charge that I was fine with) and at the very end I was told this wasn't possible. I informed the cashier I was told differently and she didn't care nor ask anyone else. Glad to know only adults can have gluten allergies?

Very knowledgeable and helpful! We have Celiac’s Disease and AGS. It is amazing to be able to eat a pizza that tastes sooooo good!We almost forgot we weren’t eating a “regular” pizza!
