I went today to use my bday treat coupon to get $9.50 off. The cashier/manager Karen didn't know how to redeem it. I showed her the QR code and she didn't know what to do with it. I gave her my card linked to their loyalty rewards program and she still couldn't give me the discount. She charged me full price for the meal and said to come back for a complimentary bowl but didn't give me another coupon or anything else. I'll most likely switch poke places. there was another time I waited 5 minutes inside and no one came to the register area to assist me. I've given this location 2 chances too many. Resler location.

Rice was awful and hard, seemed to be frozen. When I called to have my meal replaced or just to let them know how horrible it was. The store never answered. They never fixed the problem. Not consistent at all!! It’s only good once in a blue Moon.
