The atmosphere is fantastic and the location is great, but your experience can vary depending on what you order. I’ve never had an issue with the amazing chicken sandwich. However, the wings are consistently overcooked or seem to sit too long. I recently ordered Cajun rice for delivery, excited that it might be back, so I went all in and got four. Unfortunately, this was NOT Cajun rice—such a disappointment! Do better, Popeyes!

They took too long in dining room service, they gave us the wrong order! And when I changed it, it was with a sauce that looked more like red water!!! Very bad service, very bad food

It is very clean and quiet. Also, when you go out shopping at the outlets or if you live in the area, it takes you out of trouble and you get to buy lunch or dinner. In addition, the manager Jaquelline and the cashier Viridiana provide excellent customer service. One of those times when they treat you so well and you gladly return.

Definitely got my money’s worth. Look at the size of this chicken breast I got for my 4 piece combo! It’s what I’d imagine the size of a human heart to be. Can’t even begin to picture what size the chicken would be back when it was alive. 😳

Customer service was not great and employee at drive thru didnt know how to take a simple order, other than that gave me a 5pc chicken signature box and left only one chicken strip. Like what? Worst popeyes in popeyes history. Everything was bad!
Food usually taste great! They never have blackened tenders ready so it's always a wait. They also usually take forever in the drive thru. Great service usually!

All young employees and to make it worst lazy ones ... It's 930pm and "ran out of boneless wings, chicken for the chicken sandwich and only have tenders, leg thigh chicken, bone in wings and that's it.
