Crab legs were cold , not once but twice. The Management offered me a damn salad to offset the issue! No wonder this franchise is going down hill. Red lobster isn't what it once was and recommended that you don't spend your money here or just get a salad.
Last 2times we were there the servers couldn't be bothered for anything. This last time was exceptionally bad. The first time, we assumed it was because it was busy. But the last time, the restaurant was nearly empty. Slow, bad attitude. Very unfortunate.If you can get past the inattentive servers, the meals were good.

Lobster tails were small for the price that I could have bought at Albertsons! Lobster was not cooked fully and Cesar salad did not have enough dressing, very dry!!

Me and my wife had came out for our anniversary and our waiter Lorenzo went above and beyond will love if he is our waiter next time
Lobster was undercooked. Waitress had to be asked 4 times to bring lemons. Did not refill drinks until dinner was about over. Totally disgusted with this location.

First, I love biscuits, clam chowder, delicious salmon with roasted baby cabbage. All the shrimp and lobsters are delicious. Try the new vinegar with sea salt ones.
You can have lobster + steak platter for 40 US dollars, which is really good

Worse service ever. Went to have dinner with family. Server was super slow with our drinks. Had to ask for bread want brought to us. Then food was cold. Had came to celebrate my mom’s birthday. 148 dollars to waste.

So while waiting I noticed there was a dead lobster in their tank. I told the hostess and she said she will let the manager know but 2 hours later that same lobster was still in the tank. It was also a 20-25 minute wait in between the lunch and dinner rushes. After being seated we noticed that the issue with time was from lack of wait and bus staff. There were 4 tables waiting to be bused and only 1 person doing it, but he was continuously asked to move which table he was working on along with assisting the wait staff with delivering food While sitting at our table, our head lamb was burnt out and the table was sticky.
