Went to pick up food for my family and go through the drive thru lane and was told my order doesn't exist so I confirm with cashier that I ordered to right location and then the story changed to my order was given to wrong person and they are going to make a new order. I wait then get told to go park and that they'll take the food to me, it is now 30 min after they tell me to go wait and I get tired and go back to drive thru and there is my order ready and waiting and I get told that they were too busy to remember I was still waiting.. this was an aggravating situation

Went there because my wife wanted ribs we were seated and waited over twenty minutes and no server ever showed up until we decided to leave. By then we had made up our mind to just leave and off to Famous Dave’s we went. It was Thursday and hardly anyone there, less than half full maybe another time we could try it again.

Order for here for the first time tonight. I ordered beef ribs and brisket with beans and fries. So the ribs are pretty good but idk if it was cause towards the end of the night but the brisket was very dry and like it had been sitting out all day. Some of it not really edible. I'm hoping that's the case cause wanted to give more stars.

Amazing ribs at an amazing price. It's like eating a steak on a stick. Very meaty and flavorful. Beef has never tasted so good. Kids loved the fries.
Terrible service, I was helped by the cooks because the servers wouldn’t help, one helped and just walked away frustrated. Will not be eating here again

Food had great flavor and was hot and the beverages were cold .I had the beef ribs ? they were not the best but not the worst either. The meast should slid off the bone that was not the case here it was tough and messy.

The baby back ribs were the toughest I have ever eaten. I gave up halfway thru the meal. Told waitress but she made no attempt to remedy the problem, causing me to surmise that this is a complaint that they have heard before. I would never return here.
