It's quite ironic that this restaurant is called "SABOR" (flavor in english) because it lacks flavor on everything but the aestetics, too bad I wasn't there to just look at the place, would have been a 5 star review. This is hands down one of the worst dishes ive ever eaten in El Paso. Taco bell is waaaay better! Even in service! The "enchiladas" (more like mamadas) had minimal cheese and were barely wiped with sauce. The protien was just huge chucks of boiled chicken stuffed into tortilla, which wasnt even warmed up, and there was no cheese or sauce in it at all. They couldn't even be bothered to take out tendons and nerves from chunks. How is this even El Paso? A bordertown? Next to Mexico! How can they be proud to serve this? Would they even eat what they serve? The staff acts like they're on "vanderpump rules," treating customers like they are props to their work day. On top of food, it truly leaves a bad taste in your mouth with how apathic they are. I found solace in the fact that I got to leave while they have to stay. In a Hotel California kind of way. In the end it's sad to think this is the kind of experience out of towners get and receive and locals are tricked into thinking is "fine dining". A bunch of us were there for the expo, and I'm embarrassed for this city when theses restaurants appear to be the norm. Also it was expensive, I don't mind paying top dollar for a meal, it's just gotta be worth it. I wish we had more restaurants like NYC or San Francisco or Vienna, where people actually care, have pride, and love what they serve to their patrons, but again this is El Paso so we get places like "SABOR" instead.

This was a great brunch buffet, however the price tag is steep for a brunch without an egg or omelet station. Everything is serve yourself, including mimosa and Bloody Mary bar, which is great, however gratuity was added to our party of 5 without our understanding, eg. It was not indicated on our payment slips as “additional gratuity” it simply had a space for you to add gratuity. So we double tipped our server that told us where we could find everything. The food was very good, but too expensive for me.

My boyfriend and I went here on a Valentine's date. The kitchen was completely overwhelmed with the holiday. While we were prepared to wait longer than normal for our food due to it being Valentine's day, we weren't prepared to never have our waiter check on us throughout the night. We were sitting for more than ten minutes before he even came to take our drink order. Another ten minutes passed after our drink order was taken before we got our water (and it was another ten minutes before I got my margarita). I think the experience of waiting for our food so long would have been a little more bearable if our waiter was checking in on us and giving us updates. However, we saw him maybe three times in our two hours we were sitting in the restaurant. In fact, we had to flag down another waiter to refill our waters just one time.

A bit overpriced, poor reservation management and slow service. 25 minute wait with a reservation. Food is good 4/5.

Horrendous service. Server did not give us options for the appetizer, had to flag him (one of many times!) to remind him what we needed, refresh our drinks, etc. It never came. It took from 6:45 to 7:45 PM to get our main courses...it was Valentine's but really not that busy. Then one of our dishes was cold. Returned the dish to the assistant manager. She was apologetic and ordered the dish redone. When tried to pay with the hotel gift card they wouldn't take it unless you were a guest! Even thought it says you can use for food and beverage! The manager came, he was no help. Everyone seemed clueless. It took us a long time to get out of there while they straightened out their mess. We ended up paying with a credit card. They had “validated” the parking and was not, adding Insult to injury. The sad thing is that my husband and I got married in that hotel in 2016, we constantly take people from out of town to El Mirador, the dome bar, 1700, etc. I let the manager know that I will take a long pause before patronizing a place that ruined our last Valentine's. Service is important, not just having pretty facilities.

Food was good for El Paso. The waiter was helpful but he did not have an idea of how the dishes were made. Portions are smaller for my taste and the price but for Valentines it was good value given the occasion.

The highlight of this place was the nice valet staff... other than that sabor is not a place I would recommend... number one there were about 5 hosts but no waiting staff... our waitress/ bartender never attended us could never find her offered a buffet that ended in 15 minutes limited lunch menu for 15 minutes and waitress who couldn't help due to no alcohol handling... ugh... no lime for bloody Mary curly haired bartender guy kept wiping his nose on his hand management just ignored us... never ever again... you're no Vegas LA or New York stop pretending... Be El Paso we're humble and quiet not Posh in any way... ugh.. get your staff right.

Most amazing Cesar salad I’ve ever had. I added shrimp and salmon. The salmon was huge and perfectly cooked and seasoned, the shrimp tasted fresh and had a nice little seasoning. Then to top it off they give you capicola and Parmesan crisps that are to die for. Well done

Fairly reasonable prices given quality of food. I had the shrimp and grits. Large, juicy shrimp well flavored with delicious cheesy grits. Our server Juan was professional and friendly.

I ordered the Cesar salad and loved it! My husband ordered the smash burger and said it was ok. It came with a chile torneado on top, which he gave to me. It enhanced my salad by a million, and now I'll ask for that chile any time I go there and get the Cesar!

Brunch buffet on a Saturday morning was exquisite. Friendly attentive service. Food was delicious. If you never been, you can expect a traditional American buffet with eggs, bacon..ext. but also Tex-mex options such as mole, Chile Relleno, enchiladas, tamales, ceviche, and even prime rib. The price is on the high end as it should be for the options you get. Definitely recommend.
