The food was good no complaints about that! I had placed my order on grubhub for MYSELF to pick up. Walked in there wasn't greete in anyway ... no hello, hi, welcome in. So I just went ahead and told them my name and the guy responds "you know this has been sitting here for over 20 minutes." And I reply "oh that's fine" and he says back "no it's not because it's going to get cold." After that I just walked out and didn't say anything... yes I understand it will probably be cold. But yet again it's my own order for myself I wasn't delivering it or anything. I just thought that was so rude, I've worked in customer service for 10 years now and unless someone was complaining about it being cold. That's when you mention how long it's been sitting there for. But I was not complaining .... My point is WORK on your customer service and how to greet people or you'll lose them quickly.

I rated 2 stars not because of the food, which was good, but because of the bad action when charging the Menu prices, they did not respect them when charging, they increased the price of the tacos and tamales. The price does not correspond to the Menu. The most decent thing would be to change the Menu.

Customer service sucked. Cashier didn’t acknowledge me and never looked up at me. No “sason” I had to add salt. Very little meat. Salsa needed salt too. Very disappointing. Next time I’ll drive the extra miles to Rainbow Tortas.

Ordered 4 Tacos with Homemade Tortillas. I receieved 4 Tacos rolled up in tinfoil. The tortilla was a bit dry didnt taste fresh, the meat was ok but the tacos were very plain. No onion, no cilantro, no lime. I did got a very tiny cup of vegetables that was enough for 1 taco.I wouldn't say it was the worst tacos but i wont be ordering from this place again.

Great, big tacos, made with fresh handmade delicious tortillas de maiz. The charro beans were also fresh and so tasty, not too hot and not greasy, just right. Hoghly recommend the taco de chamorro/shank, it was very good.We recieved great customer service and prices were overall, very reasonable.
