I asked for the crab and cheese Kim ab and they told they didn’t have any but was given an alternative to the order which was the combo since they only had half an order. I ordered the combo with the crab and cheese half order and Cashier “Ashley Sanchez” told me was available. They ended up giving me a ham kimbab I went to tel them it was supposed to be crab and the girl serving was rude as hell telling me the combo only comes with ham which I was not told and then began to act as rude as possible telling me she is not in charge of knowing when items are gonna be available. She then proceeded to tell me it takes 20 minutes to prepara those Kimbab to which I responded why was I not given this option and I would have waited…besides that food is good but bad bad bad service the girl who gave the worse attitude and for nothing is named Angela Porras

I went there about 7:45 PM i ordered two dogs and they took almost 1hr 30min to give it to me, i ended up leaving there by 9:00 PM with a wrong order, do not buy here if you don't want to waste time. I believe that 10 min is just enough to prepare just two dogs... but 1 hr and 30 min for that? Really? We as customers we have things to do, we can't wait that long just for two dogs. My experience was on the drive thru.

Got to the store at 7:40pm , ordered 4 corn dogs .. left the store at 8:59pm. Pathetic service. Customers came in AFTER I ordered, and got their food BEFORE I did. Not only that, but after me waiting 40 minutes, they say they don’t have the potatoes, 2 of my corn dogs were potato. Poor service. Poor staff. Don’t recommend.

If you want soggy half cooked K-Dogs and horrible customer service, this is a fine place for that. The drive through itself took 40 minutes for us to get through. My husband and I wanted to try a bit of everything with the family and spent around $50. You would think the employees would be a bit more nice to you when you place a big order, but they were more than irritated. They were dismissive when we said our thanks and they were visibly annoyed with the long order. As for the food, the Mozzarella KDog was extremely soggy and the cheese was not cooked completely. The other KDogs with meat were fine but still soggy. The only Kdog not soggy was the potato one. The Kimbap was good but flavorless, so not really anything to complain about. Honestly the best part was the teas. Wish we had a better experience as we really wanted our family to like it. Overall left a bad taste in our mouth figuratively and literally.

The regular corn dogs were a bit too oily and the hot corn dog was soggy. The boba tea was bland and the establishment could have been cleaner. I basically thew everything in the trash.

An excellent place to come to if you've got nothing better to do and have time to waste, since you'll be waiting anywhere between 30min to an hour in the drive-thru. Also half of the items on their menu aren't even in stock, so you'd honestly be better off looking up the recipes and making the food yourself.

Your employees are gonna be the death of this business. We just walked in to order food and were both really excited. We were met with “we aren’t taking orders for the next 25 minutes. And those people were here first.” If you can’t function during a lunch rush then you shouldn’t be open. There were so many people sitting there waiting to get their order taken. And there was two groups that walked in behind us and we all left because 25 min wait because you guys can’t function is stupid

The food- Amazingly delicious love itThe service- Nice people when after you leave the place they say Thank you or some like that but they very niceThe atmosphere- It was really nice the noise it's good, the smell is amazing, the people are nice too one time I saw a girl asking can I have that ketchup and they gave it to her which is really nice.My final thoughts I would highly recommend to go here with your friends best experience ever.
