I usually come here during my lunch and for the most part my mobile order is ready once I arrive. They are attentive towards the people waiting for their drink and move with a sense of urgency. Never had a problem here.
I hate to give such a low rating because I understand the pandemic is likely having an effect on the wait times, but the wait times at this location are astronomical (not in a good way). On a good day you will get your drink within 10 minutes of forming a line at the drive-thru. If you happen to go during rush hour be prepared to be left waiting 15+ minutes.
