Disorganized. Verbal communication skills could use additional training. Employees took order, got it wrong, offered the mistaken drink for free which another employee proceeded to throw in the trash. Very confusing. Again, poor communication amongst employees and with guests.

I’m a student at utep and I big fan of starbucks. This place always makes my drinks wrong. Medicine ball with no lemonade, chai tea with no chai! I tried to tell them to fix my drink and they gave me the worst attitude ever.

I waited 15 minutes for the barista to make me a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher while customers that came after me got their frappuccino and left. I had to ask what happened to my drink. They need to do better there. If they were apologetic for their shortcomings and not have a nasty attitude then I would understand since they are probably working there because of work study. They don't know how to make decent drink and are rude.

Usually pretty good but today I paid $6 for milk and what seems like a baby teaspoon of matcha. It’s literally white and I can’t taste anything other than milk. Waited 15 minutes in line for this.

A perfect place to do a quick stop before starting the day. This place is attended by students that most of the time are friendly and smiling. One of the few places in campus with extended schedule during the year.
