Bad service, rude staff, spent 5 minutes or more waiting at the drive thru, end up leaving, as pass by the drive thru window two girls just kicking back, I guess they are not morning people.. smh..

Good Starbucks but it has so much seating I basically never have to worry about finding a good place to sit and study, that's by far the best part and the reason I keep coming back. The only reason I gave it four stars on "atmosphere" is because I've seen people come in with outside food and just have lunch there, even if it's within their policy, it sometimes creates an unpleasant smell.

I have never experienced so much rudeness from black and red apron employees. Mornings are tough for everyone. But that does not justify their rudeness. All I ask is for my coffee to be re-made. I don’t pay $7 just for frothed milk. Not to mention my drinks are often half full most of the time. But to avoid them I just take my loses. This weekend pushed me to make this review.

This location is probably the worst one I’ve been to in El Paso. Literally every time I come, they make the drink wrong and they don’t care. Some of the employees attitudes are not great here and are especially not great if they are asked to remake a coffee the way the customer asked. I have gone months without writing a review, but they are getting one today. The atmosphere sucks and this is why I started going to other locations even though I live the closest to this one. A couple of the employees are great, but most of the newer ones could use some work. I would suggest the manager work with them on customer service skills and working with them on making their product the way the customer asks. Starbucks is too pricey for us to drive out not getting what we asked for with a side of attitude.

The drive thru employee was very rude. I’ve had several encounters with the baristas here and they’re very mean and rude. Today was no different. I think they need an attitude check.

This place is always hit or miss with me. Ordered a caramel frap and was straight milk. Barista that made my drink suck. They always change batistas never last. Place starting to suck again. It was going good for a little while.

This place was slow and it took unbelievably long to get our drinks. I placed an order online and waited 30 minutes to get my drinks. To top it all off the entire store was empty there were employees just standing around. To be honest your paying enough money for service the least they could do is get their drinks out faster.
