they have a funny guy, taking orders in the drive thru n counter, has no idea how to treat cx. does not have a minimum idea how to add. simple math. wanted to give me lots of dimes and pennnies for a 20 DLL chance, I asked him nicely to give me paper money and the she/he got upset. which I could slap his/her a$$

Ordered delivery. Looks like my chicken quesadilla was made for someone else. It was cold and just not melted cheese and chicken. Didn't have any of the sauce.
There's a reason this place is only rated a 1 star...I had placed an online order for a Crunchwrap and I got there before 11 with time to spare to pick them up and they told me they couldn't do it, after them showing attitude I proceeded to ask for a refund and they couldn't even do that. Not sure if I will get my money back either because they didn't know how to do it! They told me to call a number that they didn't know either...this Taco Bell is terrible please don't go here.

They gave me a crunchy taco when I ordered a crunch burrito. I know it's not that huge difference is price but I didn't want a taco especially the crunchy one that fell apart immediately. I could have gone back but I noticed by the time I got home.

Been here multiple times, im here today and I've never had to wait so long, I've been waiting 20-30 mins and they haven't said anything about my order. Only ordered 2 items. It's incredible how much they are taking there is only on guy cooking and the other 2 are just fooling around. So disappointed. Also the tables around us are still dirty.I recommend the Taco Bell on the west side by Mesa. This location sucks
