I stopped in to pick up some lunch at this location after shopping with my Mom early February 2nd... I ordered on my app ahead like I usually do... I accidentally placed my order at a Las Cruces location... The young lady(Ms Alex)assured me that this was not a problem that she could not fix fairly easily... And she not only fixed this issue for me... But she hands down provided me with the "Best" customer service I have ever experienced... That's to include fancy five star restaurants and country clubs... I would like to recommend Ms Alex for a raise and commend the crew she was working with as well... This location has a great atmosphere... It is not only convenient and appealing to the eye... The staff on this day were very welcoming and helpful... As I witnessed not only for my Mother and I but to the other patrons on site this day... I unfortunately deleted the photos taken this day as I intended to write this review immediately... I have just been busy and am finally getting around to this review ... Thank you Alex... And thank you to the management of this location for giving her the opportunity to shine...

The bells are ringing for some more Taco Bell food. The Nacho fries box are back and my son loves it. I like their rich steak Bowl which is an empowering bowl of goodness. This location is well located at the Cimarron market place, just next to Verizon. The service was efficient and friendly. No surprise here. Sometimes there is an unknown quest for junk food that few of us can resist....The look and feel of this Taco Bell is definitely modern with a very colorful Purple, orange and brown theme.

Kiosk machines are slow, get stuck on certain screens, and are mounted too low, you have to bend over to use them. If you’re going to force customers to use the kiosk at least get some good ones.Food was good.

Was missing items in my online Pick up order ,my grudge is they think by them replacing the items you already payed for and making you go back for them is a sort of way to make up for the mistake they made very disappointing in the customer service I was given by several management members of the store to say the least not happy won't go back!

This is the worst Taco Bell in El Paso there was a skinny little guy that looked like a mouse with glasses he was super rude and acting snobby that guy needs and attitude check and a check up at the barbers they didn’t even attend me when I went to pay with cash they kept telling me to pay at the kiosk

Just came back from there again, Do not come after 12 Midnight, going multiple times now, you will get skimped out on a lot of your food. Nachos fries box had literally 4 fries in it. They didn't even bother about putting in the melted cheese in the bag. Little to no chicken in the chalupa. Their was no rush just 2 cars in total. Come through the day only. BEWARE AFTER 12.
