I was disappointed with my recent experience at the Taco Bell on Resler. Despite the advertised closing time of 3 am, when I arrived at 2:22 am, the staff exhibited poor attitudes and gave me a mad dog stare down. To add to the frustration, they provided no sauces or napkins, leaving me with a less-than-pleasant impression. This falls far short of the service I would expect from Taco Bell. SMH indeed.

I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos with guacamole I told the lady I ordered two she said no you didn't I told her I did. The lady was very rude and then on top of that only one burrito came out I said I ordered two and there's only one. And she was very rude again. Terrible experience here.

Cheap updates make this place look cheap. We ordered food 15 minutes ago, my wife can't flag anyone down to get our drinks. There's a man waiting at the counter 5 minutes now.... along with my wife. The staff is ignoring us, and if we hadn't spent almost $40 we'd walk out.

The ordering thingamajig inside the restaurant doesnt have it where I can order a side of onion but this Taco Bell said hey no problem I'll just get it for you. That's pretty awesome. There's so many other Taco Bell's where they're not willing to help you thank you.

In an empty room I watched an employee approach an elderly man at the counter to ask how she could help... when he tried to order she led him to a kiosk. No thank you sir no smile. When he was called forward to receive his order he looked at the male employee in the eye and said thank you... to which the man ignored him and turned without any acknowledgement. Customer service takes a back seat to a kiosk?If you want a better review bring back personal service.
