Amazing time place the hostesses was good and polite. My waitress was amazing and was very polite . She messed up the order but gave me a free drink .
Go on a casual date and Parking is terrible. You finally manage to park just for them to sit you next to a family of 10. So we asked to sit a couple tables away just so we could hear each other and it was such a big problem for them. We ended up just leaving.

It eats requirement. I visited him while visiting my son in El Paso, Texas. Menu, mostly cuts of meat. The place was packed with people and many waiting their turn. Recommendation is to call to try to reserve. Also the problem in this area is that most of the stores close at approximately 10:00 pm unlike in Puerto Rico which closes later.Parking: Ample parking as it is located in a shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility for people with disabilities but the place, at least when I visited, was packed and with many people waiting.

The restaurant was too cold, the food got cold and we couldn't enjoy it, we decided to order a box to take it away.The waitress told us that she had already told the managers 3 times to raise the temperature because there were people complaining, but they did nothing about it.:/

First time eating here. The food was tasty and well-served. The ribeye tender and juicy, and the ribs came right off the bone. Our server was very attentive and polite. I just have to remember next time to ask for a table. I was unable to eat cause the people in the booth behind me were squirming too much, and I had to take 90 % of my meal home.

Ordered food but the order was wrong. Then when the baked potato came it had sour cream when I ordered it without. Server was good. I blame the kitchen for not getting it right. Buttered corn was lackluster. Steak was good. It was late in the evening. Then my bill didn't reflect the order error by the server. I was traveling. It was late and I didn't want to start a fuss. I would try again.
Been going for years and unfortunately we had a terrible experience with our server Melanie never has this happened before. She gaves us issues about our stroller, while entering the restaurant we walked towards the middle, observing a stroller in the middle of the pathway actually creating a hazzard. Nothing was said to that particular person as we sit down a secluded area where there is no foot traffic by customers, we were immediately turned down by our server saying that anywhere we place the stroller is going to be a hazard. She suggested that we use a sling we requested a sling and had the exact same outcome of our stroller. We placed the stroller back where we had it initially which cause no issues to our server. Our server passed multiple times knowing our stroller was there. At the end of our dinner our server was picking up the plates and passed by the exact same spot where she has been passing for the last two hours of our dinner. She somehow forgot that our stroller was there, she tripped over I stoller dropping the plates she was carrying on top of our stroller where our baby was sitting potentially hitting our baby’s head. Our server looked extremely upset and telling us us “And this is why it is a hazard”. We all stared her in awe. Floor manager asked if our server was okay not knowing that our baby was in the stroller. We expressed our concern to the floor manager to which she advised that she didn’t know what the problem was in having the stroller there in the first place. The floor manager advised us that our server was going to apologize. Both our server and floor manager left our table to which we though they were going to come back and they never did. I had to wait for the floor manager in the front of the restaurant to make a complaint we expressed our concerns to the floor manager and said she took care of it overall terrible experience.

It took 10-15 minutes for me to get a beer. And my food was not done correctly after i asked for well done. Never coming back to this location

Our food came out 50 minutes after we ordered. When we got it, it was super cold and we were missing out shrimp after waiting 15 minutes for those we got them but since they took an hour to serve our food they were already closing. we felt very rushed so we ate what we could and took the rest home. There wasn’t many people so I don’t know why they took so long. Server wasn’t really interested in what we needed since she only came back twice and didn’t like it when I mentioned the soda had no flavor in it.
