I went to the westside Italian Kitchen with my daughter and her boyfriend. He ordered Chicken parmesan. His plate was not good. The flavor of his food was bad. It seemed like they just threw the plate in the microwave and brought it out. it was also very rubbery. Perhaps overcooked. I asked for linguini and clam sauce. They said they did not have it on the menu but that they could make it for me. My plate was a huge bowl with a ton of pasta and some green sauce. No taste of clams at all, the pasta and the green sauce did not taste good. I had to fork fulls and could not eat the rest. My daughter had alfredo and it tasted ok. No different than any alfredo jar sauce you can buy at wal mart. We did not drink any alcohol and the bill was about $120. Very over priced for the quality of the food. When the waiter picked up my plate and saw that it was full, he did not care to ask any questions as to why he was picking up a full plate of food. Never again. The Italian Kitchen in Central EP is way better.

Took my wife and mother in law to this place due to the reviews on Thursday evening 2/28/24. It was just okay, nothing special about any of it. My wife had the Salmon Alfredo, I had the small combo pizza, and my mother in law had the endless soup (Broccoli and cheese) and salad. The bill was around $75.00. One and done for us.

The food was extremely tasty, the atmosphere was nice (great for a romantic evening), and the service was very good. Definitely recommend!Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free penne pasta.

Good service. The place is a little dated and we sat by a covered door but the draft coming in was so cold. The food was great, it was a little pricey but excellent service and attention throughout.

I am incredibly disappointed, I had been wanting to try this place for a long time. We went and placed an order to go because we wanted to enjoy our food at home. The order was incorrect, and the menu on their website is apparently out of date because one of the items that we wanted they no longer serve apparently. We were waiting for 45 minutes before anybody updated us on our order, they explained that they lost the ticket and were trying to rush it out as soon as possible. We finally got home and realized that one of the sandwiches we ordered was completely incorrect. We didn't have any modifications on it but the sandwich was just not the one we ordered. The food itself was not good, and for them having lost a ticket and rushing the order everything was pretty cold. I don't live far I live less than 2 minutes from the restaurant. We ordered the lasagna as well, The pasta was overcooked and needed a lot more sauce. I really wish that they I better quality of food standards. I would personally feel embarrassed knowing that my food is going out like that. I don't particularly have any issue with the staff but the place just seemed poorly managed. Obviously don't know what happens behind the counter, but from what I saw the restaurant was not busy and it was during a weeknight, no holiday. I apologize for the long post, but I'm hoping that if the owner/management sees this they might see it as an opportunity to focus in on what needs improvement.

Excellent service and food was very good. Enjoyed the chicken parm and side salad instead of soup. Nice size portions. Also enjoyed my birthday spumoni from management.

Given seat by door. Everytime door opened for someone to come in or go out; got blast of cold air! Will NEVER accept that seat again!

Went with a small Party they had us wait forevery. Rude food wasn't cooked right half of it was burnt half of it wasn't hot enough. We'll never go back again even when we spoke to the managers. They told us if we didn't like the food to never come back again. That's sad considering that We know the owner. Especially since we thought to give back To the community By eating locally, but the way they treated us especially for this birthday. That was for someone with special needs. It was a horrible experience.

Well, I was hoping this would be a better experience than the Italian Kitchen in Central El Paso, but it fell short as well. It started well and got seated quickly. They got our appetizer out quick, but the marinara sauce was just plain tomato sauce( the pizza dipping sauce from Marcos Pizza even tastes better). No flavor what so ever, like they opened a can of Hunts tomato sauce and warmed it up. My daughter ordered the spaghetti, with creamy marinara and sun dried tomatoes and two meatballs. Get her plate, no sun-dried tomatoes, no meatballs. My other daughter ordered Angel Hair pasta, with marinara sauce, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and zucchini. Get her plate, no chicken, no sun dried tomatoes, and was told that they ran out of zucchini. It gets brought to their attention, and they bring out the chicken and meatballs, but it wasn't the same. Didn't even feel like bringing up other missed ingredients. THEY DIDNT MISS IT ON THE BILL, BUT THE COOK MISSED IT ON THE PLATES! Didn't think it would be worse than the Central location, but I was proven wrong! Won't go back!Parking: parking is a pill in this locale!

I started eating here in 1972. The baked spaghetti with cheese is the best. The owners daughter was a waitress, and she is now the owner and still waiting on tables.

Placed a catering order for pick up to take to my parents 66th wedding anniversary celebration. When I went to pick up the order I was told it wasn't ready and I would have to wait about 20 mins. (actual wait was 30 mins) The staff didn't know the details of the order either. Needless to say I arrived late to a house full of people waiting to eat. I was also very disappointed that the food ended up being burnt as well..
