I moved to El Paso two months ago and Shack Slice and Brew has become my favorite hangout. I have always dined in. I eat here at least once a week. It has a local feel to it. The beer is cold and tasty. The food is excellent with quality ingredients. The atmosphere has something for everyone whether its sports or nostalgic music videos. Shack Slice and Brew is family friendly. The management, the bartenders, the servers, the cooks are always attentive, friendly, kind, responsive, and professional. I would like to recognize Brenda, Roni, Jules, Sara, Jazz, Giselle, and Gaby for all their hospitality and dedication. Apologies if I missed anyone unitentionally in recognition and praise. Shack Slice and Brew is a stellar restaurant.

Came out to grab dinner with a buddy. Great atmosphere, away from the crowded areas of town so seating was easy on a Friday. First time here, but definitely not the last. Our server Roni made great suggestions on what to try and was attentive all night. I don’t write reviews often but the food was very good, location was away from crowds and Roni was super helpful and attentive, which for me goes very far!

It was very good, went with the work crew. It's a bit pricey but worth it. Got a whole full-size pizza and wings for myself.It was only 1 waitress, serving almost a 15 top table. She did a good job.

This place NEVER disappoints! The food is always good and hot and the drinks are nice and cold! But best of all the customer service is top notch! Our waitress Roni is the absolute best. She’s friendly and quick. You cannot go wrong visiting this place! Ask for Roni! She will take care of
I haven't eaten here, but the takeout pizza and salad I've had have been excellent. I love the diverse toppings - Papa Mike's, the Greek and Mozart have been my go-to favorites. I had the burger and it was really good! The sauce was a nice touch.

The drink selections were great, but the food was just alright. Too much salt on everything including the pizza and buffalo sauce. The waitress forgot to put our appetizer in when we ordered and took the blame for it. And asked if we still wanted it after the fact. We said yes and she ended up trying to charge us for it. WTH!! I thought she took the blame for her fault and didn't expect to be charged for the food she forgot to put in. Wow. Never had this experience before. Luckily they took the appetizer off and I didn't have to pay for it. Crazy experience for sure, but we won't be back.
