Went through the drive through. Ordered no black beans. Person asked “what was it you didn’t want” I repeated no black beans. Get home and have black beans in a falling apart wrap.
I had to cancel my order because I mistakenly submitted it as pick up and I could not pick it up. They said they would refund me that was April 18th. They still have not refunded my account or reached out to me. I keep getting the run around from their leadership team.

Waited 10min at the drive through window for 2 smoothies to come out. When we received the smoothies both were already watery where they had likely been sitting for a while. You could clearly see there was only 2 or 3 people in the lobby and all we were told was sorry we are understaffed. For $7 smoothies you would expect a quality product and better customer service.
