Only had a few hours in El Paso and wanted to hit some of the highlights. We wanted to see the famous alligator statue and walk through the arts district. We came upon Unbranded and went in. Immediately the staff was impressive. Greeting us with smiles and making small talk.Our waitress (who unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was five stars. She was a friendly and helpful young lady. We told her we would were visiting and asked for recommendations on the menu. Her suggestions were top notch and the food was fabulous. We split chilaquiles and a breakfast burrito with Mexican beef brisket.To die for! Served piping hot and with green chili sauce - I wished I had a bigger belly!Between feeling immediately welcomed and the wonderful food and service I wish we didn’t live 2,182 miles from here.We wish our waitress a happy vacation and thank her for making out of towners feel so comfortable!
Food was fine. But seated at 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Two other tables were occupied. Saw four people working. None seemed to be our waiter. One person brought water. Another took our order. A third brought the food. Then nothing. No water refill. No check on the food. No check at end of meal. Could not attract attention of bartender who was flirting with someone at the bar. The other three seemed to be arguing about something. Could see them in kitchen area looking at a cellphone. Had to walk to bar to ask for check. Then had to ask yet another person as bartender was too busy flirting. Maybe the staff is attentive to people they know. But if you are visiting El Paso, spare yourself the aggravation of this incredibly bad service.

I wasn't a huge fan of the rolled tacos (liked the sauce, not so much the flavor of the meat), but loved the cheese curds and cheesecake tarts. Also, the chicharrónes and salsa were super tasty. They were super busy, but service did NOT suffer. I will be recommending to my friends and of course I'll be going back to try other items.

I ordered through Postmates, and got 1 of each of their desserts! Churros are amazing. The funnel cake fries are OUTSTANDING! And the cheesecake tarts are a 10/10! The staff put in a lot of effort to make my order was packed perfectly and even personalized! I can’t wait to go to the restaurant to try it in person!

Visited Unbranded last week to celebrate a special occasion, it was a last minute decision but the place definitely did not disappoint. The service was great, even though there was only one waitress the floor manager checked on us several times. They unfortunately did forget the cheese on my partner’s burger but were quick to provide us with a discount even though we didn’t ask for one. The menus were clean, which seems silly to mention but a lot of places will present you with dirty menus and its extremely off putting. The food portions were generous and tasty, the beer was served very cold and in clean beer mugs?? all in all a pleasant experience with a nice view of San Jacinto if you sit next to a window ?? will return

This was a great find. First off they serve breakfas all day. You must try the cheesecake french toast. It is made with King Hawaiian rolls and was amazing. Had the avocado mushroom burger and the chicken bacon ranch tacos. All were great.Service was also some of the best I have had in a while. All the staff check in on you and are real friendly.
