They are super disrespectful. I placed a online order for pick up it was supposed to be done @11am by the time I got there it was 11:02am and they had give or miss placed half of my order. I had to wait till 12:00pm to get my food. The other half that was sitting there got cold and soggy. Horrible service and super rude.
