Do not download $3 off code from their website!! This location doesn’t accept it. I was visiting the hospital, needed breakfast nearby. Found this restaurant from Google map, went their website. It popped up offering $3 off discount code. I chose this location in order to download the code.Food was ok, our server was fine. And went to the register. I showed the coupon code, showed me a sign” this location doesn’t accept the code”.Why they didn’t put the sign on the entrance door? We could go somewhere else. Or if they don’t accept the coupon, they should remove the location from the website! It was a false advertising !!

Came in and got sat down. 2 other tables arrived after we did and got drinks ordered. We were still waiting. Finally ordered. Items were left off my meal that come with it. 2nd meal was late because fryer was being changed, took 12 minutes. Waitress never brought refills. Unfortunately only VI in area, if another was closer would definitely try another one. Not the first time this happens at VI on Joe Battle.

The service n atmosphere was the best. Normally can't go wrong with VI. The food was awful. I ordered the soup n 1\2 sandwich. I ate the sandwich with one bite. The chicken noodle soup had no taste, no flavor. The cheesecake I ate was no better.
