Sad that their customer service is pathetic cause their food is good. They can't take an order over the phone because they are not trained and place you on hold 3 times for a server, one time over 13 minutes. Yeah not happening, my time is valuable to. Bye.

When we got there it was full. Finally got a table, service was slow. Waitress finally showed up, and took our order. Waited another 15min before she came back and asked how we wanted our eggs. Waited another 10min...crowd has thinned but service still s l o w. FINALLY got our food, eggs were warm, bacon[cold] as was the toast.The excuse of 'being very busy' just "don't cut it"!!We've been going here for Sunday breakfast since before it was Butter Smith. Never have we been SO disappointed. Wait staff needs to be trained better.

Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and the chicken portion was ridiculous small and a huge amount of pasta...I asked for extra chicken and it never came. It wasn't packed with people to say they were really busy. Server wasn't attentive also and kinda with I don't care attitude....

The place is decent however the tables and chairs looked dirty specifically at the bottom. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen really is
I asked for some mustard to go with my meal. I was told there was no mustard in the building that the manager hadn't ordered any. When I asked for the manager, I got a person in charge for the day, not the true manager. When I complained about not having mustard to go with my meal, I was told that she had heard that none of the restaurants in the chain would be having mustard. I asked, "You serve hamburgers and sandwiches and no mustard to go on them?" She just said yes.. I told her that if I can't get mustard in a " restaurant," I'll take my business and $50 to $80 somewhere that does serve mustard. It's a restaurant for God's sake.

If I could give 0 starz I would. We were there on a Friday at 2:00 p.m. there was maybe 12 people in the entire restaurant. The waitress was unattentive and the food took forever to come out, keep in mind that the restaurant was at a 10th of the capacity. I would highly not recommend going to this restaurant. It sucks and overall seems more expensive than village inn ever was.

Ohh boy their pies look so delicious, I sadly wasn't able to grab one to go since we were in a rush but I will return to see how good they are. Service was great, our waitress really was awesome best we've experienced in El Paso by far. Food came out very good, we are making this our brunch spot.

The food was not how it was said to be! The omelette was LITTERLY SCRAMBLED. I came with a party of six and everyone’s food had something wrong with it! Not one thing was good. I hope no one will waste there money on this place. Pleaseee STAY AWAY FROM BUTTER SMITH. I will never come to this place ever again 0 rating and I hope management takes care of there food service.??
