The frustration experience I had while waiting for my food at a curbside pickup. I had placed an order and waited for more than 15 minutes, but nobody came out to bring me my food. I had to ultimately go inside the restaurant to get my order, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing.Do better!
I went this morning to get something to eat because I had just got out off work and I went thru the drive thru and I order 2 of the 3 piece chicken strips and then I get home and my box only has 1 strip and the piece of bread and my mom’s order has 2 pieces of strips and the bread. I called to let them know what the problem is and they told me they were going to look at the cameras and if I took the receipt they were only going to replace one of the orders.

And every time I get home, there’s not a single packet lol. It’s fine I have ketchup at home, but why even ask us anymore?Foods good, I still love Whataburger, I’m glad I had ketchup at home.

My first Whataburger Chile Cheeseburger. What a mess!! Loaded burger! DO NOT EAT THIS IN YOUR CAR! DO NOT EAT THIS ON A FIRST DATE! Grab extra napkins. I had to wipe my face after every scrumptious bite! I wouldn't change a thing. The price of messy delights!!Parking: Friday at 5 p.m. Busy. The drive through wrapped around the building. Parking was tight. Always a good sign that good food awaits!
