Is horrible management Or should I say unprofessional management that dates employees? Horrible service and customer service from Ramon and Jesus. Every Friday evening I go. My burgers are constantly burnt and dry... Horrible fries knowing they hellah busy i see Management team leads and employees all hanging out standing around. The sauce bottles are never cleaned and Prepped food is never rotated and only stickers are changed.

Normally, I have a good experience at this Whataburger, but today the staff seemed very off! First problem, there was only DECAF and NO EFFORT was made to get regular coffee out to serve. It took 10 minutes from when I walked in to the store for anyone to show up front and take my order and the cashier seemed like he really didn't want to be there. It was disappointing because like I mentioned earlier, I've had very excellent service here.
