I ordered the good ole green chili double however, they forgot the green chili. Also one of the order of large onion rings was half full. Miguel mentioned to bring in the receipt in to get another meal. Thanks Miguel.

Put a mobile curbside order in for onion rings and had to wait 25 minutes in the parking lot to get nothing eventually going in which I didn't want to do hence mobile curbside, for them to not have my order and tell me it's going to be another 5 minutes before I can get onion rings.

My wife loves Whataburger, but I've never seen the attraction. Food is not outstanding, drive thru is slow and disorganized. 3 times they brought the wrong order to our car. Then they forgot the soda. Opened my burger, after leaving the premises and the omitted the bacon, even though the package had a "Bacon" sticker.

We were just passing through El Paso and decided to try it out per my son's suggestion and we ate inside. All of the crew were courteous, attentive and kind and not rushed like I would experience in a fast food chain. I liked my food and everyone else enjoyed theirs too.

At 10:20 PM Mountain Time, I pull up to the 2nd drive through speaker and nobody says anything via the speaker for a few minutes, I say hello and a female says welcome just a few minutesx More time passes by and meanwhile the first lane is attending customers just fine, taking order after order even though I arrived before they did. I wait and wait and finally take off without ordering once I got tired of seeing everyone place their order in the first lane. Never coming back to this location again (Montana and Tierra Este, El Paso TX)
Being from the Midwest, this was the first Whataburger we had been to. The staff were very friendly. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to explain the menu. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!
