It's a hit or miss. The last few times I have eaten here, their burgers have been undercooked and raw in the middle. You can get sick from undercooked burger meat (it's not steak). But most days, customer service is good; but sometimes it is horrible. Today, it was good. The only issue I have is undercooked burgers, and that's a recipe for sick people and possible lawsuits. I knew there was a reason why I stopped eating here. I'm not sure why I even tried it again.

I was surprised there was No greetings.I'm in front of the register was the manager. I was waiting for her greeting so there was an awkward moment of silence, then I just said what I wanted to order and at the end of the order I said thank you and got no "you're welcome" back. Nothing. She didn't even ask for my name or gave me my number. I've never experienced something like this before. It's the first time and I'm a frequent customer. I was really close in asking her if she's okay. Managers are supposed to set the example. "Without us customers Whataburger wouldn't exsit".District manager should take note of this behaviour.

Very delicious burgers, the patty melt very tasty. The fries are ok but it has a very tasty seasoned katsup. I usually order takeout but now I ate on site. Like any fast food place, nothing special but the place is clean and the food is good. I had problems with my cell phone signal and asked for Wi-Fi but they didn't have it. After a while my cell phone signal improved and everything was calm.
The manager Ingrid is RUDE. What a bad service. All the employees are nice except her. 3/10/24 5:42pm Cashier was Alberto, and he gave great service. Instead of taking care of the customers, she is outside talking.

Is there a shortage on mayonnaise and on customer service at this Whattaburger? Why did I even ask for mayonnaise and the customer service needs improvement didn't even try guys...smh
