Food was good, service bad not because of waitress,Melissa did a good job but when you have a roach run across your table when you're served and you tell the waitress to let management know but not even the owner cares,not great. Don't leave your wait staff to apologize to the customer if the owner was present he/she should have come out to apologize in person and they could have comp me something or offered a coupon. I was going to stay longer and order more but the whole situation not ,just the roach ,killed my appetite. I only stopped there to have lunch with my kids that go to Hanks now fear for their health if they eat there again.

When I walked in, was greeted with quick and friendly service. Loved the dim lighting with the dark walls and the anime pop figures scattered around. Was a little small to fit big parties but it’d be worth it. Ordered the vegan miso soup and it was amazing with the veggie gyoza! I appreciated the huge portion of veggies and noodles along with the soup that wasn’t oily like others I’ve had. Second time trying tofu and although it didn’t have flavor on its own, it went well with everything else. Got it to go and loved the packaging with the soup and veggies separated. I was skeptical because a lot of ramen places tend to lack in flavor but this one wow’d me!! Affordable too :)

The chicken had a funny taste to it, the Nagasaki was good until I saw roaches crawling up the wall and near our table. That did it for me, I didn’t even finish the ramen.

Wish I had taken a photo. The two sushi rolls I had were very big. They were also tasty with fresh tasting wraps and very sticky rice. Some places only make the as one med bite sized rolls these were so large I had to cram them in and very generous with the Wasabi paste which was not the super dupper concentrated kind but spicy enouph when you add a good amount. No sliced ginger with mine but it was a to-go order which he came out and made them right there at the bar in front of me, we were talking alot so hopefully maybe he just forgot. I can usually finish 2 rolls NP but not here 1.5 and I was too full to sit.

The food is mid. Honestly had better in Albuquerque. Also there was a long hair in my ramen. Not pleased with that at all. Customer service was 10/10 though. The waitresses/hostess’ make the environment a whole lot better than the food for sure but still, there was a HAIR in my ramen ?

My sister had just got back from basic training and we wanted to go somewhere different to celebrate. We choose Sakura and we were not disappointed. As soon as you enter you have a nice atmosphere, excellent artwork, clean dining room and easy to read menus. The food was superb, large portions, well cooked and incredibly well priced for the quantity and value. Drinks were fantastic with some unique options to choose from, Our service was prompt and our server was attentive and courteous, we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
