Yesterday I Visited Yogoberry on Viscount blvd in the Viscount shopping center. I thought it was just another frozen yogurt place such as Menchies or Froyo, but surprisingly, they also sell Boba tea and smoothies. I ordered Bobas for my family and me because that's what I initially craved before stopping for frozen yogurt. I enjoyed being able to specify the sugar level; this way, I don't feel terrible about having a sweet treat. This Yogoberry location is clean and beautifully decorated. The lady at the counter was very friendly and quickly delivered my order. They currently have issues with their Apple Pay capabilities, but they accept cards and cash. Yogoberry offers military discount.

I love getting original yogurt here, haven't tried anything else yet. The only problems are that they never answer the phone and their machines are what appears to be permanently non functional making the flavors more limited.

I’ve had yogurt in California where you don’t need to add anything to enhance the flavor. Update on 10/22/23 I tried Yogo at Cielo Vista mall and it was disappointing. I added mixed berries and they were sour. Menchies is better

The worst costumer service! Lids and receipts thrown at me, without any remorse. Be aware, you might get an employee on their bad day and they may just cuss you out too!

To the Girl working the counter on 8/17/23 at 12:30pm! MANAGER THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!!!! She offers exceptional customer service, very polite, respectful and friendly. Always very helpful, other staff is always very helpful as well but this girl takes the cake!We have been coming to this yogoberry for years and I can attest that this is the #1 in the city, best staff, cleanest, and with the best tasting yogurt compared to the other stores.

No one answers the phone. Was trying to find out of YogoBerry offers organic fruit with their smoothies,maybe the manager or owner can answer this question someday. Until then I don't recommend eating non-organic fruit smoothies.If I'm told otherwise I will change my review
This Yogoberry location needs refrigerated air asap! It was extremely hot inside when I went. The yogurt was not even cold. I had to put it back in my freezer when I got home. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Yogoberry FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Said they open until 10pm and was closed at 9:45pm. They turned off the lights when the employees saw us park in front of the store. PATHETIC

We went last night to get some ice cream at this place and our whole experience was AWFUL to say the best.Girl (white short & bitter) behind the counter has the worst attitude and horrible customer service!!!To top it off they didn't have any but coconut yohurt flavor available, they kicked us out the lobby and shut lights off before 8pm and store closes at 9pm!!
