The food at Southside Market & Barbecue in Elgin, Tx, the original location is delicious! My husband have tried the newer locations in Austin and Hutto and the food just doesn’t compare! Thats why we are willing to get in the car and take a drive to Elgin to get the best tasting BBQ and fixings! The price are high and seem to be rising but at this point, we’ll pay the higher price to get the best food!
Great atmosphere. Place was very clean. People are super friendly. Especially the Host Mr. Sam. Made my wife and myself feel at home. Food was great. And a must try is the sausage slammer to die for. Thanks Southside Market. May God continue to Bless your business. Thanks again.

True Texas BarBQ go if you never been. Do not be afraid to eat with your fingers. Savor the flavor of this meat. Of course all types of sides to enjoy but it is about the meat. Make sure to try more than one meat pull up a seat and enjoy. Great BQ good people clean the restaurant.
