This place was perfect! Best wagyu steak I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The rib was soft and juicy. The mixed drinks were great. We live an hour and a half away, but we'll for sure be back.

Update: They seem to have updated the menu a little and today's visit was a hit unlike some of the misses we have had. The lamb chops were so good!The smoked rib eye steaks are so great, the sides were meh. Service was okay, and the guy playing was pretty good. All in all my husband and I have decided we like the place and will definitely be back. Especially since they have tons of whiskeys for him to try.
Our waitress was awesome. Helped us consistently with making right choices and giving us advice on improving the experience. Top marks..

Food was overcooked and overpriced. Not impressed. I would rather drive to the metroplex to get a real steak dinner. Service with a smile, but not worth the price tag on the bill for the quality of food.

Higher end pricing, but the food and service are much higher quality to match! The drinks were great and use of fresh ingredient mixers and flavor enhancers, set them apart. The quality and freshness of all the ingredients used really comes through in the flavors. The appetizers were all great, the smoked queso and chips was delicious. The steaks? Hard to go wrong with a Wagyu ribeye, (kinda their specialty), and were cooked perfectly to order. For dessert the Bourbon bread pudding was outstanding! Overall, we had a great time with friends, and ate like kings! Nothing bad to say about the experience here. If you're anywhere in the area you should check them out.

Burnt ends were mediocre. Steak was good but cooked to medium I ordered medium rare. And VERY salty. Really buries the quality of the beef being overseasoned. Lobster was rubbery and overcooked. Cocktails were really good. Service was spectacular. Check was about 750$ for 5 people after tip. Just was not worth it. For that kind of money I expect something spectacular. Not chain restaurant quality. Won't be going again. I'll make the drive into Dallas in the future.

It's one thing to have amazing food but it's another thing to have a great atmosphere and an amazing staff! Everything on their menu is amazing! When I went there tonight I tried something new, the Wagu Flat Iron steak did not disappoint! I also tried the Bourbon bread pudding and let's just say I bought it to share and I did 1 bite the rest I ate ?. I have to say this place has something for every kind of budget so don't hesitate to go in!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Meal was delicious. Atmosphere was louder than expected. Wait was a bit excessive. ( almost an hour for a table- on us for stopping without a reservation; but we only ordered entrees and waited an hour for them.)

Complete disappointment, I ordered a wagyu steak and am 100% I didn't get it but most certainly charged for it. After ordering our food it was 75 minutes before it finally arrived. Our Server was non existent for virtually the entire evening other than to come ask for a credit card to charge for the bill which she included gratuity on even though it was not a large party. She then handed the card reader for me to add even more gratuity to the check not telling us she already included it. Ruston Cattle Company was a Complete disappointment.

Well arrived here at 7:30pm and now at 8:45pm still waiting on food order.Server been to table one time since 7:45pm. I "reckon" they had to either (A) go slaughter the meat and (B) go catch the fish from a far away creek or something. Pretty sure food and check will be here around closing time at 10pm , now less than 70 min from now. Guarantee won't ever be back here, even if covid and Biden could complete a sentence.
