Would not recommend going here to try to watch a big game... volume not on TV's and loud music playing. Watched the game on their TV while listening to play by play on my phone while we ate. Birthday parties all around us. Service not great. We ate and left before our 2nd March Madness game started and watched it at home. This is not a sports bar as billed on their website.
It was very chaotic trying to get someone to assist once we arrived, it took 3 people to confirm they could get a table for a group of 7 when we had made reservations. Confirming the reservation and getting seated took 18 minutes after already waiting 5 minutes to get through to the main counter. The food was good for the price and our waitress was good about checking in on us. We did go during peak time but figured having made reservations and being a bit early would have made things easier.
Our server, Sarah T., was great. She was very friendly, and was attentive to our likings for food choices. I would definitely recommend requesting Sarah as your server if you want exemplary service!

This place is amazing. The food was delicious and the menu has a great variety of food to choose from. The staff is great they were very nice. The games are very good they don't cost too much for how much you pay. The prizes were ok nothing too special but definitely better than any other arcade.It is great for both adults and kids with the amazing selection of games and the huge flat screen TV's and amazing food. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area or just looking to have a good time!

Best place to go with family and friends. The Chicken Potstickers are amazing along with the salmon. Drinks are top tier especially if you have Chrissy making your drinks for you! Make sure to request her as your bartender. You won't regret your visit here!

We held a small work holiday happy hour here and it was a blast! Our service was great, server was attentive and on point. Drinks and food were great, had a plenty of games to choose from and prizes to win. The office is a group of competitive people so it was definitely a unique yet fun Christmas Party for our team. Definitely one to remember.
I really love Dave and Busters their family they treat you like family the management to staff the waiter is the host everything's so friendly it's better than going to a regular restaurant the games are phenomenal I wish they still have Paperboy

Dave and Busters is always a good time !! This was after dinner at Lazy Dog, an extension of bday fun . This was a first trip to this location!! We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! It was a Sunday night so not crowded at all! I think we played Halo for an hour straight lol We all had a lot of fun and a couple of us won so many tickets we walked out with a handful of prizes so pretty much made our $$$ back lol Good Times

Online, it was understood that reservations were preferred. I booked for a table at 8PM. We got there a little early, waited in line, only to be told that reservations didn't matter and that it was open seating because the dining area was closed. We saw several open tables, but they needed bussing. We picked the only available booth and waited for nearly 15mins before deciding to move to a bar table in hopes to be seen by a server. Our server was very kind, but we could tell she was over worked and they were under staffed. The drinks and food were great, however we never got any refills, and we had asked for ranch and mustard when our food was delivered and we never got it.

Food here was actually solid! This was a great place to have our corporate outing of 10 people. We ordered a lot of appetizers, but the standouts to me were the fries, boneless chicken wings, and bbq chicken flatbread. Customer service was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and there is a lot of parking available.
I'm not sure why there are so many terrible reviews on the service. The service we received from the girl at the front desk and our waitress was great! The games were fun although some of them seemed pricey and not always working properly. There were a ton of kids at 10:30pm. We had to constantly dodge children hopped up on sugar and running around everywhere which was extremely irritating. I thought this was supposed to be an adult arcade. Maybe there could be "adult only" hours after 9pm. We did have an issue with one game not working and went to the front desk to get our money back for it and another lady at the front desk seemed irritated that we asked for the refund and didn't offer any sort of apology. Overall, it's a place we would come back to for some fun games!

Came on a Sunday late afternoon for a family member's birthday. We sat in the sports room, where there was quite a spread of football games to watch. I had the voodoo chicken and it did not disappoint. I ate half and took the rest home. The leftovers have served as two separate meals for me. So, you get a lot of food with that one. My kids had the Parmesan chicken which also did not disappoint. We played games after, and there was a good variety in the type of games - for all ages. Grandpa had fun doing the shooter games and bowling, my kids had fun doing all the character games like Minecraft and Ghostbusters. I only planned to spend about 45 minutes on the games and we spent 2.5 hours. I also noticed a game technician at various games, so it seemed like as games broke down he was fixing them up promptly. We can't wait to come back.

Came in Thursday night, around 10. Had amazing service from the bartender, very attentive, great recommendations. I can't remember her name but she mentioned it was her last night there. Our experience overall was awesome, we did multiple rounds of drinks, some food, and games for awhile.

This was my first experience at Dave and Busters. My lady surprised me with date night for us!!! Cocktails, a twenty dollar game pass, and tons of activities. I will say I anticipated there would be more adults games as this is a place aimed for adults mainly. However, I found the game choices were mostly targeted for little children and teenagers. But I made the most out of it because I was with my favorite lady. Our drinks were nice and strong! I have the strawberry margarita frosé and my lady tried the D&B LIT. Our pick

We went to Dave and Busters in Euless last night. After having a good experience ordering food and drinks in the bar, we decided to download the app for the $15 game credit they were offering. And it all went downhill after that! The digital game card didn't work on the games. I went to the front desk MULTIPLE times only to have the waitresses and managers (who were gathered together behind the bar) just stare at me and never walk over to offer assist. So I went to the counter where the tickets are exchanged hoping to find someone willing to help. The girl working was watching a movie on her phone and would not even turn around to greet me. The lack customer service put a real damper on the experience of Dave & Busters.
