The sliced brisket was such a disappointment. We ordered an expensive family pack and when it arrived, it was literaly all sliced into cubed chunks that were primarily fat. I couldn' believe it. You couldn’t put those on a sandwich if you wanted to. No one would eat it so 80% of it went to our foster dogs. Why in the world would they send that? Just look at your security cameras. You’ll most definitely see that something doesn’t look right and that’s because it wasn’t. Total bummer.

I ordered to go and didn’t see it until I got home. Also, who told y’all to add the sauce to it!? Taste wise is also lacking just look at how the food looks and taste is noticeable .So much money we pay for these crumbs.Never coming back to this location!LOOK FOR OTHER DICKEY’S they obviously do not care here.

I ordered a baked potato that came out hard/not fully cooked.My husband ordered two turkey sandwiches and had to ask for a new top of bun because it was hard as a rock.This location has very few side options, prices are higher, tea tasted like it had been out for awhile, music and tv are competing with each other so very loud with no other customers in area, does not participate with the coupons that Dickeys does offer and you can get a discount if pay by cash.I would not recommend this location at all.

I got the giant baker and there was hardly any on it . What a big disappointment!! And my husband got the pulled pork sandwich and he was disappointed with it also . I tried to use a card where you buy a yellow cup and you get a free pull pork sandwich and this location would not sponsor it. So this location is independent owned, this where you get ripped off! I will not ever go to this location again!
My last two deliveries were incorrect. They don't care. When you order you want to eat your food warm/hot. When you open the box you don't take pictures! I just throw it away. They don't care. Awful service. Never ever again.

The WORST experience ever. Joe was working as we ordered and got all of our orders wrong. EVERY single thing. Left out items, incorrect orders, etc. He also didn't print a receipt and so when we went back to resolve it there was no way of us showing him what was wrong. Then he cursed me out of the store and kept saying "that's what you ordered" when we KNOW WHAT WE ORDERED. This was INSANE. I was not hostile whatsoever, but he completely popped off. He kept arguing that we ordered wrong!!! NOT the case. We were the only ones in the store and he still couldn't get anything right!! Don't leave without checking your orders. In fact don't go at all. Joe has anger issues - he must be the owner of the store because there's multiple reviews about him cursing people out. Wild. NEVER RETURNING and will be calling corporate to talk about Joe being fired immediately.

The man named "Joe" behind the counter (based on the reviews below I'm guessing it was Amin, not Joe) had NO ONE else in the store and couldn't even get our order right. We got home and had missing items. When my son went back to let him know and get the missing items , he disagreed and got HOSTILE to the point that he said "F you and I don't have to serve you!" We were STUNNED. Who in the world curses out a customer?! He finally gave our son the missing items and cursed at him all the way out the door. Wow...not surprising this store has no business.

Others have mentioned that promotions aren’t honored; when I was in line to order there was a sign about not accepting coupons. It sounds like they screw over customers who order on the app at this location. I order my food, get down to the register, and there is a sign about how the displayed menu is showing the prices with a cash discount already applied, and if you pay with credit then it will cost more. I might have not minded had this been a mom and pop place or the sign had been posted at the front of the line (or…ON THE MENU that you look at to make a decision about what to order) but it was really annoying to feel blind sided by an extra charge like that. Put the real prices on the menu. You can surprise customers at the register with a cash discount, but it’s scummy to tell customers that surprise, you have to pay more than you thought you would! It’s 2023, I’m sorry that credit card companies charge you a fee, but that is a cost of doing business and most people do not carry cash around. The person working there seemed annoyed to be serving us. Overall it just felt unwelcoming and I definitely don’t feel like there’s any reason to return there in the future; there are plenty of friendly businesses in the glade parks area.

Their website says veterans can get a complementary pulled pork sandwich on Veterans Day. After we ordered the sandwich we were told they did not participate in Veterans Day. Then I said "you don't?" And they replied "uhh. Ok then we're sold out" Clearly a lie. It's just shameful. I used to like this place. We will never spend a dime here again and we'll make sure others know how this location treats veterans.
