Visited this location on 3/10. The cashier was friendly but that is the only positive thing. None of the food was fresh. The rolls were hard. The dirty rice was mushy with hard rice in the two bites I took out of it. The fries were stale. The food was horrible and a waste of money.

They say online they don’t close till 10 yet it’s 8:47 and the young lady has cleaned the kitchen and have said they are close. Yall should at least update your online hours.

I don’t do Golden Chicken often & I remember why! The fried chicken was bland and my fries were cold. I asked for a drink with light ice & got the complete opposite a drink filled with ice! Won’t be tricked by the commercials again!

Ppl say chic Fila is good, yall sleeping on this gem of uh place the food is hot juicy and fresh and the staff are amazing. They keep the seating areas very clean. And the cooking area where they cook the food is unbelievably clean the equipment has uh shine to it to even definitely uh good

Ordered 3 piece dark roast chicken with mashed potatoes. I saw the employee reach for fried chicken. I called out to him n said its supposed to be dark roast. He said no problem. I received my order n there was no white gravy on the potatoes. Then I had to ask for a spoon. He was nice about it. The place was clean n the food was good. I know employees are rushing to get your order out, but I would suggest taking a few seconds to review the order before giving it out. It would create less problems n customers would return more often. I wouldn't mind if my order took 10 more seconds to get it to me as long as it's correct.
