Sadly never going back. The drive thru lady was very, very, very rude to me today. I wanted to order what I’ve called “grilled chicken fried rice” something I get for my mother every now and then from this place. Never had an issue until today. At the speaker I ordered using the phrase “grilled chicken fried rice.” This through the lady off and it got her going. She asked what flavor I wanted and I just said grilled chicken with the fried rice. She persisted and asked about the flavor of the entree which confused me. She asked me to pull up to the window which I did and that’s where it got worse. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she loudly responds with “chicken fried rice”. I go yes and she just started raising her voice at me saying “why didn’t I say that instead!?” pretty much over and over. I got rattled by her because I’ve never been treated like this before at this restaurant. She was very upset and if there’s video, you can definitely tell how loud she was. I got frustrated and drove off because she didn’t care that she was yelling at me practically. I’m still bizarrely upset that she went nuts like this. ALL over an extra word which was “grilled” instead of “chicken fried rice”. I wanted to get that for my mom’s birthday lunch today but I went to Panda instead. I wasn’t intentionally trying to upset her because I’ve worked in the industry before so I’m more respectful in that regard. Never in 15 years in Euless I’ve been treated this way by a fast food worker. Like ever.

If I could give it one star I would lol we got takeout from here because a friend recommended it to us and let me just tell you the second we walked in and started ordering the lady didn’t understand us and wouldn’t stop putting some stuff on the order we didn’t ask for which would have been ok cause your thinking free food yeah no and she like packed it till you couldn’t close it which you would think that’s good but everything was spiling and the food was disgusting the whole family got food poisoningVomit, loose stool, etc…. And the food was extremely greasy the orange chicken had some Pieces were under coked and some were burnt the noodles were dry and the rice burnt . Don’t waste your money here it It’s ridiculously expensive and you’re getting bad food!!!!!??

A good place to get your Chinese food fix. Easy to order and it’s fast as well.The food is your basic Chinese food, but you would be surprised how people can mess that up easily. This place does it well and it hits everytime. You don’t come here for great service or someone to talk to. Get your food and go for the price.

I use to live in euless about 12 years ago, the great wall express use to be the old taco bell location, it has been torn down and rebuilt. Sadly food quality has went way down, food just sits in a hot pan all day till somebody buys it, nothing is fresh made anymore use to be real good, I was disgusted with the food quality. I told my wife we would never come here again, and she agreed.
